CBSE to Host National Adolescent Summit 2025 on “Empowering Adolescents: Voices, Choices, and Wellbeing”
New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the National Adolescent Summit 2025, centered on the theme “Empowering Adolescents: Voices, Choices, and Wellbeing” with a strong focus on creating safe spaces for every teen. The summit aligns with the objectives of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, emphasizing holistic development, emotional health, and supportive learning environments for students.
Scheduled for 5 December 2025 (Friday), the summit will take place at the CBSE Integrated Office Complex, Sector 23, Phase I, Dwarka, New Delhi from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
A Platform to Address Key Adolescent Wellbeing Concerns
The National Adolescent Summit 2025 aims to bring together school leaders, counselors, wellness educators, and mental health experts to discuss challenges faced by today’s adolescents. The event will highlight critical areas such as:
- Mental health and emotional resilience
- Identity, inclusion, and gender sensitivity
- Cyber safety, screen time, and the impact of social media
- Lifestyle issues, body image, and substance-use concerns
