CAT 2023: The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) is expected to release the CAT 2023 answer key in the first week of December 2023. The CAT 2023 answer keys will be made available at the official website – iimcat.ac.in. Common Admission Test (CAT) answer keys will be issued for all the three slots of CAT held on November 26, 2023. This year, as many as 2.88 lakh aspirants of postgraduate management courses took the exam.
To access and download the CAT 2023 answer keys, students will have to use their roll numbers and other required CAT login credentials in the official website — iimcat.ac.in.
Last year, CAT exam was held on November 27 and the answer keys were released three days after the completion of the exam, on December 1. Candidates also had the option to raise grievances against the answer key till December 4. The CAT 2022 result date last year was December 21.
While in 2021, the CAT exam was held on November 28. The CAT answer key 2021 was issued on December 8 and the result was declared on January 3, 2022.
The administering body will likely open the provision to raise objections against the IIM CAT 2023 answer key. Candidates who appeared for the exam can object against the answer key within a specified time with valid documents. The final answer key will be released next.
The CAT 2023 question paper had a total of 66 questions divided into three sections. While section 1 was Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC) with 24 questions, section 2 was Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR) had 20 and section 3 Quantitative Ability (QA) had 22 questions in them.
According to CAT 2023 paper analysis done by experts and feedback received by candidates taking the exam, IIM-CAT 2023 was comparatively tougher than last year. The CAT results 2023 will likely be announced in the second week of January 2024. Prior to the announcement of CAT results 2023, the iimcat.ac.in website will host the CAT 2023 answer key.
