Bareilly - A mandatory one-day training programme under Rashtriya Karmayogi Jan Seva – Phase II, a flagship initiative of the Capacity Building Commission, Government of India, was organised at the ICAR–Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI), Izatnagar. The programme was conducted under the aegis of the HRD Cell in compliance with the directions issued under Mission Karmayogi.
The training program is being conducted over 3 days at the Izatnagar campus. The first day of the programme was dedicated to Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) and Technical Personnel with employees organised into batches of 50 participants each. Multiple sessions were held daily at designated venues to ensure effective participation and interaction.
The training sessions were facilitated by nominated Master Trainers of IVRI, including Dr. K. K. Rajak, Dr. Geeta Chauhan, Dr. Vikash Chandra, Mr. Mohammad Taufique Alam, Mr. Ashish Verma, and Mr. Ashwani Kumar. These trainers had earlier received specialised training at the ICAR–Central Arid Zone Research Institute, Jodhpur.
The primary objective of the programme is to strengthen employee's professional competence, ethical conduct, integrity and citizen-centric public service delivery, in line with the broader goals of Mission Karmayogi. The initiative reflects ICAR-IVRI's commitment to continous learning and capacity building for effective ggovernance.
