Haryana: Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Central Library conducted Capacity Building Programme (CBP) for non-teaching staff of Central University of Haryana (CUH), Haryana with the blessings and direction of the Vice Chancellor Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar who inaugurated the program and applaud the library staff for this initiative to improve the skills of the non-teaching staff. 

During one week-long training program, topics like stress management techniques; procurement procedures & payment checklist; lifelong learning for working professionals; drafting tenders: pre & post-tendering process; RTI: applications, responses & procedures; and basic IT troubleshooting techniques were covered by six experts namely Dr. Payal Chandel, Associate Professor, Mr. Naresh Kumar, Assistant Librarian, Dr. Vinod Kumar Singh, Assistant Librarian, Sunder Lal Sharma, Assistant Registrar, Mr. Rambir Gujjar, Assistant, and Mr. Amit Sheoran, STA.  

The University Librarian, Dr. Santosh C. H. said that the program had six training sessions and were helpful to enhance the skills of 40 non-teaching staff of the university who attended it.
