Kolkata : Rabindra Bharati University has announced to all that Rabindra Bharati Journal of Political Science is a distinguished double-blind peer-reviewed journal published by the Department of Political Science at Rabindra Bharati University in Kolkata. 

For its upcoming Volume 17 in 2024, the journal invites research articles, commentaries, and book reviews from scholars, researchers, and educators.

Research articles should not exceed 6,000 words, commentaries should be limited to 2,000 words, and book reviews should be a maximum of 1,500 words, including notes and references. 

It is essential that all submissions are original, unpublished works that are not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Authors should adhere to specific submission guidelines, including formatting their manuscripts in Microsoft Word with Times New Roman 12 font, double-spaced, and with adequate margins on the left-hand side. 

A separate title page must include the author(s) name(s), affiliation, designation, email, and contact number. Additionally, authors are required to declare that their paper has not been published or considered for publication elsewhere. An abstract of no more than 200 words with up to five keywords should precede the main text. 

The journal expects submissions to be written in British English, particularly regarding spellings, and references should follow the APA 6th referencing style with a parenthetical format. This structured approach ensures that the journal maintains high academic standards and provides a platform for valuable contributions to the field of political science.

The submission deadline for Research Papers and Book Reviews, to be submitted in MS Word/doc./docx. file format, is December 06, 2024, to poljournal@rbu.ac.in.
