New Delhi: The CA Intermediate May 2022 result has been announced by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) today, July 21, 2022. Along with the result, the list of top three rank holders and pass percentages has been released. Ranjan Kabra from Aurangabad, Maharashtra has secured All India Rank (AIR) 1 in the merit list. The second and third ranked students are Nishitha Bothra from Guwahati and Kunal K. Hardwani from Nagpur, respectively.

CA Intermediate topper, Ranjan has secured 666 marks out of 800. Whereas, Nishitha and Kunal have secured 658 and 643 marks respectively.

In comparison to the last few sessions, the pass percentage of CA Intermediate has declined. Only 13.30% of students have passed the CA Intermediate for Group 1 examination. 12.45% of candidates have passed the Group 2 examination. Whereas, only 5.46% of students who appeared in both groups have passed the CA Intermediate May 2022 examination.

CA students who have passed the CA Intermediate exams can now register for CA Final programme. The registration window for CA Final will open on August 10, 2022. The last date to register is August 31, 2022. ICAI CA application form will be available online at the examination portal. The CA November 2022 exams will be held from November 1 to November 17, 2022.
