The fellowship is offered by the Bhumi Organisation, one of India’s largest independent youth volunteer non-profit organisations. It focuses on empowering young individuals who are passionate about creating social impact through education and community development. Who Can Apply?
Age between 21–30 years
Must hold a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in humanities, social sciences, education, management, law, engineering, medicine, or related fields)
Strong interest in social work and community development
Interest or alignment with teaching, EdTech, or systemic transformation
Willingness to relocate to Chennai, Coimbatore, or Trichy
Fellowship Benefits
Selected fellows will receive a monthly grant of ₹25,500 to support their living expenses during the program.
