Varanasi: Students of Banaras Hindu University (BHU) will now be able to study every aspect related to Kashi. The Faculty of Social Sciences is preparing to run four new courses with MA in Kashi Study. The faculty level committee has also approved this proposal. Now according to the rules, it will be sent to the Academic Council and after getting permission from here, it will be sent to the Executive Council.

Under the direction of, Head of the Faculty of Social Sciences Prof. Arvind Joshi, the outline of the five courses is being prepared. After the start of the course in the Department of History, the students will get the right knowledge of the heritage, religion, all the information related to it as well as the correct knowledge of Indian culture.

With the preparation of the new course, all the formalities are being completed. These five courses also include Kashi, Heritage Management and Dharma. In the MA in Kashi study course, students will be able to study ancient as well as modern history.
