Varanasi: Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has opened the applications under the Malviya Postdoctoral Fellowship Scheme. Candidates willing to apply for postdoctoral fellowship with BHU in the field of sciences, social sciences, humanities and other professional subjects can apply at the official website. Last date to apply for the same is June 17, 2022.

Under the fellowship, 100 posts are available in the subjects of science, social science, humanities and other subjects. The fellowship will be conducted over a period of 2 years which may be extended for one more year based on favourable assessment.

Candidates can apply through the official website of BHU at bhu.ac.in. The application form has been made available for the candidates.

Step 1- First of all go to the official website bhu.ac.in.

Step 2- Click on the link “Applications invited for Mahamana Post-Doctoral Fellowship”.

Step 3- Click on the 'Apply Now' link.

Step 4- Fill and attach the form and email it to ioecell@bhu.ac.in.

Step 5- Take a printout of the filled form for future reference.

Educational Qualifications:

• Among the top 500 institutions in the PhD Times Higher Education or Q-S rankings. Must have a very good academic record of two years or two years postdoctoral experience from top 500 institutions (THE or Q-S ranking).
• Candidates must show evidence of independent research capability and have publications in high impact journals.

Age Limit: Candidate's age should be less than 35 years as on June 17, 2022.
