Varanasi: BHU researcher Dr Abhishek Gupta has prepared a special type of Ayurvedic ice cream. They claim that this is the country's first Ayurvedic ice cream. It is prepared by freezing sugarcane juice. Herbs have also been added to it. This ice cream has been named 'Ayurvedic Ganna Kool Chusky'. Its price is very low. There will be no seasonal disease due to its consumption.

Balances the amount of haemoglobin in the blood

Dr Abhishek Gupta told that this is the first such ice cream in the country which has been made to control seasonal diseases. This will keep people completely healthy. This ice cream is prepared according to the season. Hot spices and many herbs have been used to make it. For example, in this ice cream, there is a mixture of black pepper, dry ginger, cumin, liquorice, cinnamon, mint, lemon, black salt etc., then along with watermelon juice, there is also betel and grape juice. That is, everything was prepared by mixing it in a certain proportion in such a way that the eater also enjoys it.

This ice cream balances the amount of haemoglobin in the blood. It has sufficient amount of iron which is effective in making haemoglobin. In this sense, this ice cream is most beneficial for women.

People of all ages can easily eat

This ice cream is also beneficial for growing children as it also has ample amount of calcium which will strengthen their bones and teeth. The special thing is that no chemicals have been used in this ice cream. Not only this, even sugar and water have not been used in it. Physicians of the Faculty of Ayurveda claim that this ice cream is very beneficial in terms of health. There is no infection in the throat after eating it. Along with this, electrolyte is also supplied to the body in summer. People of all ages can easily eat it.
