New Delhi: A wonderful cultural programme was put up by the mentors and the students. Twinkling eyes, endearing smiles and cheerful faces of the students spread joy and positivity on the occasion of Children's Day. The students  presented a special assembly to make this day a memorable one for their peers. The students presented thoughts, poem and amazing facts on children being the most precious ones. They brought alive on the stage the beautiful moments of childhood full of laughter, innocence and mischiefs which are cherished by everyone. The amphitheatre reverberated with cheers and applause as the students sang and danced on this joyous occasion.

The highlight of the day was the skit 'Bachpan ' where they depicted the phases of childhood through several anecdotes of a child. Teachers through their energetic and thoughtful performance surprised the students.  They sang and performed for their loving students. They showered their love and blessings through their wishes.

 

School Principal, Ms. Swarnima Luthra on this day expressed her joy by wishing all the children. She said, ‘Children carry the hopes for our brighter tomorrow and the dreams of our happy future. May you grow up to be fantastic human beings.’
