New delhi: Ramjas college has announced the award giving ceremony for the disabled persons to be held on 3rd December. 

 

The National Awards for Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities were instituted to focus public attention on issues concerning persons with disabilities and to promote their mainstreaming in to society. These awards are conferred on 3rd December every year on the International Day of Persons with Disabilities to outstanding persons with disabilities, individuals and institutions that are working for the empowerment of persons with disabilities. 

 

 An advertiscment for inviting applications for the National Awards for the year 2O21 as also for the year 2022 has been published in the national/regional dailies dated 14th July, 2022. Accordingly, the applications/nominations for the Award have been invited through online mode only on the password protected centralized portal designed by Ministry of home Affairs (www.awards.gov.in).

 

 The online nomination/application has started from 15th July, 2022 and the last date for the nominations is 28th August, 2022.
