New Delhi :  -  The Azim Premji Foundation has officially announced the Azim Premji Scholarship as part of its continued commitment commitment towards the quality and equity of education in India.The scholarship is designed to support female students from disadvantaged backgrounds by providing financial aid to help them pursue college education.

According to the official notification , the scholarship is open to female students who have passed class 10 and class 12 as regular students from government to schools/colleges in one of the speed specified and listed indian states. Applicants must have secured admission in the first year for the academic session 2025-26 onards. 

The last date to apply is January 31, 2026. 

Under the scholarship scheme , selected candidates will receive an annual call scholarship amount of ₹30,000 to support their educational expenses. Eligible candidates must also be admitted to a recognised undergraduate degree or diploma course in a government or private university in india.

A QR code has also been provided in the notice for easy access to the application portal through mobile devices.

The Azim Premji Foundation stated that this initiative is part of its broader efforts to empower young women, reduce educational inequality, and encourage higher education among students from economically and socially disadvantaged sections of society.

The scholarship is expected to benefit a large number of deserving female students across India by helping them continue their education and achieve their academic goals.
