Rajkot: The AIIMS Rajkot has issued an office memorandum regarding the provisional seniority list of nursing officers in its Nursing Cadre.
According to the notification, the list has been circulated for verification of details such as date of birth, category, qualification, and date of joining/regular appointment.
All nursing officers have been instructed to carefully review their details in the provisional list and report any discrepancies, errors, or omissions in writing to the Establishment (Nursing) Section along with supporting documents.
The institute has set a deadline of 7 days from the date of issuance of the memorandum for submission of objections or representations. Officials have clarified that no objections will be entertained after the stipulated period.
Once the deadline passes, the provisional seniority list will be treated as final, provided no valid objections are received within the given timeframe.
The memorandum has been issued with the approval of the competent authority and circulated among concerned officials for necessary action.
