Jodhpur: The AIIMS Jodhpur has released a recruitment notification inviting applications for Medical Physicist and Junior Resident (Radiodiagnosis) posts on a contractual basis.
According to the official advertisement, there are two vacancies for Medical Physicist and five vacancies for Junior Resident, with reservation applicable as per government norms.
Candidates applying for the Medical Physicist post must possess M.Sc in Medical Physics or equivalent qualification, along with certification from a recognized institution. For the Junior Resident post, candidates must have a B.Sc in Life Sciences along with a Diploma in Radiotherapy or related fields.
The maximum age limit is 35 years for Medical Physicist and 30 years for Junior Resident posts.
Selection for Medical Physicist will be conducted through a walk-in interview, while Junior Resident candidates will undergo a walk-in written test followed by a skill/viva test.
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly salary of ₹88,638 for Medical Physicist and ₹46,136 for Junior Resident.
The institute has clarified that all eligible candidates must report physically for the walk-in process with required documents, and no separate call letters will be issued.
Officials advised candidates to carefully review eligibility criteria before attending the selection process.
