Google's Gemini Launches Free JEE MAIN Mock Tests Nationwide

Google has launched free AI powered full-length mock tests for JEE Main on its Gemini platform, enabling students across India to practice for the highly competitive engineering entrance exam at no cost.

New Delhi - Google has introduced free, full-length mock tests for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main on its AI platform Gemini, aiming to make exam preparation more accessible for engineering aspirants across the country.

The new feature allows students to take a complete JEE main style practice tests directly on Gemini by entering simple prompts. The mock tests are designed to closely match the actual exam pattern and difficulty level, helping students familiarize themselves with real exam conditions. The initiative has been launched in collaborations with education platform PhysicsWallah and Career360 which are providing vetted and curated question content. After completing a test, students receive instant AI-driven feedback, highlighting strengths, weakness and areas that need improvement. 

The announcement was made at the India AI Summit 2026, shortly after Google introduced free SAT practice tests on Gemini for students planning to study abroad. Google CEO Sundar Pichai also reacted to the launch, stating that the initiative would have been valuable during his own student days.

 According to Google, the move is part of its broader efforts to use artificial intelligence to support education in India.And make high quality learning tools available to a wider student population.

Students can access the free JEE Main box test through the Gemini app or web interface, making turn service available nationwide at no cost.
