4th National Summit on School-to-Work Transition Rescheduled to October 26–27
New Delhi, September 4, 2026: The 4th National Summit on “Facilitating School-to-Work Transition” has been rescheduled from September to October due to administrative reasons.
According to the notification dated September 3, 2026, the summit, which was earlier scheduled for September 23–24, 2026, will now be held on October 26–27, 2026, at the Dr. Ambedkar International Centre (DAIC), 15 Janpath Road, Windsor Place, New Delhi.
The rescheduling was announced in continuation of Circular No. Skill-42/2026 dated June 17, 2026.
Registration Reopened for New Participants
In response to requests from various schools, the registration window has been reopened for new participants. The last date for registration has been extended to September 15, 2026.
Schools and participants who have already registered for the summit do not need to register again. Their existing registrations will remain valid for the rescheduled dates.
Interested schools and participants can complete their registration through the designated online registration form.
The authorities have clarified that all other details and instructions mentioned in the earlier Circular No. Skill-42/2026 dated June 17, 2026 will remain unchanged.
The summit is focused on facilitating the transition of students from school education to the world of work and bringing together schools and stakeholders to discuss relevant approaches and opportunities.
