Lord Shri Krishna Meritorious Scholarship Competition 2026: 102 Students to Receive ₹1 Lakh Scholarship
Madhya Pradesh, : Students from Madhya Pradesh have an opportunity to participate in the Lord Shri Krishna Meritorious Scholarship Online Competition, under which meritorious students will be eligible for scholarship support of ₹1 lakh.
The competition is open to students at both the school level and college/university level. A total of 102 meritorious students will receive the scholarship.
Students can register online through the official website shrikrishnapatheynyas.com. The last date to submit the registration form is September 30, 2026. Participation in the competition is free.
Who Can Participate?
The competition will be conducted in two categories:
School Level:
Students studying in Classes 9 to 12, as well as trainees enrolled in recognised training institutions, can participate.
College/University Level:
Students pursuing studies in colleges, universities and polytechnics are eligible.
Students appearing for higher-education entrance examinations such as CAT, JEE, CLAT and NEET are also eligible to participate even if they are not currently enrolled in a school. Such candidates can mention the school from which they passed Class 12 in the institution column.
To participate, a student must either be a native resident of Madhya Pradesh studying in the state or must have been continuously studying in Madhya Pradesh for five years.
Competition Format
The online competition will be based on the philosophy of Maharishi Sandipani, the 14 Vidyas and 64 Kalas of Bhagwan Shri Krishna, his path of public welfare and the Indian knowledge tradition.
The competition will consist of 30 questions, with only one correct option for each question.
Participants will get 10 minutes to complete the competition. Once the allotted time ends, the entry will be submitted automatically.
There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers.
Selection Process
The selection process will be conducted at both district and state levels.
At the district level, separate lists will initially be prepared for male and female students in the school and college/university categories. A combined list will then be prepared, from which 50 best students in each of the two categories will be selected from every district, taking the total to 100 students per district.
The lists received from all districts will subsequently be combined to prepare separate state-level lists for the two categories.
The final winners will be selected from the state-level lists through a lottery conducted before the adjudicating board.
The results will be uploaded on the official website, while selected students will also be informed through their registered email address and mobile number.
