New Delhi. ; The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the admit cards for the Stage 2 examination of NIFTEE 2026 for undergraduate programmes. Candidates who have been shortlisted can now download their hall tickets from the official portal.
The Stage 2 examination is scheduled to be conducted on April 26, 2026 (Sunday) across 28 exam centres in 20 cities nationwide.
NIFTEE 2026 Stage 2: Exam Components
The Stage 2 selection process includes multiple assessments depending on the programme:
For B.Des. Programmes
- Situation Test
- Studio Test
- Artisan Skill Test
For Lateral Entry Programmes
- Studio Test
- Technical Ability Test (TAT)
- Interviews
Key Timings
- Written/Practical Tests: 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
- Technical Ability Test (TAT): 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM
- Interviews: From 2:00 PM onwards
Some components will be evaluated on the spot, while others will be assessed later based on OMR or practical performance.
Admit Card Details
Candidates can download their admit cards from the official NTA NIFTEE portal. The City Intimation Slip had already been released earlier.
It is mandatory to:
- Carry a printed copy of the admit card
- Bring a valid photo ID proof
- Follow all instructions mentioned on the hall ticket

- Candidates must reach the exam centre as per the reporting time mentioned on the admit card
- Entry will not be allowed after 9:30 AM under any circumstances
- Carefully verify all details mentioned on the admit card
