New Delhi : The Joint Admission Committee (JAC), Delhi has announced the results for the second round of seat allotment for JAC Delhi 2024. Registered candidates can now check their allotment status on the official website jacdelhi.admissions.nic.in.
Key Dates and Actions for Candidates
Freeze Seats by July 9
Candidates who have been allotted seats must confirm their acceptance by freezing their seats by July 9. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the allotted seat.
Seat Withdrawal Option Available
During the physical reporting process, students will have the option to withdraw their admission application. The deadline for seat withdrawal is July 19.
Participating Institutes
The counselling process is conducted annually by the Admission Committee for students seeking admission to the following institutions:
- Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (IGDTUW)
- Delhi Technological University (DTU)
- Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi (IIIT Delhi)
- Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT)
- Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU)
Document Verification and Reporting
Mandatory Physical Reporting
All candidates are required to report physically to their respective campuses for document verification. Those who fail to appear for verification will be excluded from the JAC Delhi round 2 seat allotment and their applications will only be considered during spot rounds.
Fee Payment Details
Seat Acceptance Fee
To confirm their admission, students must pay a seat acceptance fee of Rs 95,000. Payments can be made through the payment gateway on the official website or in cash at any State Bank of India branch using the collect e-challan facility.
Required Documents for Verification
Candidates must bring the following documents for physical verification:
- Admission fee payment receipt
- Application form signed by a guardian
- Seat allotment letter printout
- Printout of selected choices
- Registration form signed by a guardian
- Physical copy of JEE Main 2024 admit card and scorecard
- Medical certificate
- At least three passport-size photos of the candidate
- Class 12 mark sheet and birth certificate
Additional documents for IIIT Delhi bonus points, if applicable
Category certificates (SC, ST, EWS, Kashmiri migration, etc.), if applicable
