Bengaluru: One of the most renowned research universities in India, Bangalore’s Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIITB) is inviting applications for the role of Assistant Accountant. Selected candidates will be remunerated well and given allowances as per norms of the institute.
As per the details on the institute’s website, the candidates should be either B.Com. or M.com. graduates with a good and proven academic record. It is necessary to have a minimum of 2 years of experience majorly in EXCEL application as well as other MS Office applications. Candidates with experience in the same job role will be preferred.
If chosen, the employee will be responsible for data collection and coordination of receipts from online/CPE students from different gateways. They will also have to take part in accounting, issuing of receipts and reconciliation of student receipts. The Assistant Accountant will have to assist the Head Accountant in GST filing and track the expenses of the CPE section.
