Haryana - A research scholar from the Department of Sanskrit at Central University of Haryana has been selected for the prestigious ICSSR Doctoral Fellowship.
The scholar, Manisha, has been awarded the fellowship by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) in recognition of her academic excellence and research potential. Manisha is pursuing her research on a comparative study of administrative rules described in Yajnavalkya Smriti under the indian knowledge tradition with those enshrined in the modern Indian Constitution. Her research work seeks to establish a meaningful dialogue between ancient Indian thought and contemporary constitutional system.
