Rohtak, 18 July 2023: Maharishi Dayanand University’s U.I.E.T, Rohtak has took an initiative to encourage young minds. The University Institute of Engineering Technology (U.I.E.T) has recently established an Incubation centre for innovation and entrepreneurship. The officials considered it as an umbrella body for nurturing and overseeing innovation and entrepreneurship at the University.
Furthermore, the University’s U.I.E.T has entered into Memorandums of Understanding with the Centre Government and several reputed MNCs. Through these MoUs, U.I.E.T students will be able to collaborate on internships, placements, and live projects.
Over this, the Vice Chancellor of MDU, Rohtak Prof. Rajbir Singh expressed his gratitude to the government and firms for showing interest to the initiative taken by the joint aegis of Maharishi Dayanand University and U.I.E.T, Rohtak.
The Incubation Centre of MDU is now enriching young minds. A first year B.Tech student Tushar Rastogi has recently achieved two certifications on Browser Security and Facebook Security a Programme led by Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India - conducted under Information Security Education Awareness, Project Phase – II. Moreover, Tushar Rastogi has been praised by his mentors over his achievement and for representing MDU, Rohtak nationally.
Prof. Dr. Yadhuvir Singh (Director, U.I.E.T. Rohtak), Mr. Arun Kumar Hooda (Training and Placement Officer), and other faculty members of U.I.E.T eventually over consistent achievements made by U.I.E.T students showcased contentment and wished students for their bright future.
