Two Day International Conference Concludes Successfully at Central University of Haryana

Focus on “Global Synergies for Viksit Bharat 2047” Draws Scholars from 23 States and Multiple Institutions


 Mahendergarh : The Department of Commerce, Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendergarh, successfully concluded its two-day International Conference on “Global Synergies for Viksit Bharat 2047: Innovations in Banking, Finance & Business Management for Sustainable Development” with a grand valedictory session on September 11, 2025.

Organized in collaboration with the Indian Accounting Association (South Haryana Branch) and the Centre for Sustainable Pathways to Viksit Bharat, with Vidya Bharati Uchcha Shiksha Sansthan, Haryana as the Knowledge Partner, the conference brought together renowned academicians, researchers, and students from across India and abroad.

Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar, Vice Chancellor and Chief Patron of the conference, emphasized academia’s pivotal role in driving innovation and inclusive growth to achieve the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047. Chief Guest Prof. (Dr.) J.P. Yadav, Former Vice Chancellor of RRBM University, highlighted the need for ethical governance, financial literacy, and a balanced approach to technology in India’s development journey.

Prof. Pawan Kumar Sharma, Pro Vice Chancellor of CUH, stressed the importance of interdisciplinary research, while Guest of Honour Prof. N.K. Bishnoi, Dean, Department of Economics, GJUST Hisar, praised the conference for fostering academic excellence and collaborative learning.

The conference witnessed approximately 346 registrations from 94 universities and colleges across 23 Indian states, including 21 Central Universities, 41 State and Private Universities, 30 colleges, and participation from two international delegates.

The valedictory session was led by Dr. Ajay Kumar, Organizing Secretary, and coordinated with the support of Prof. Rajendra Prasad Meena (Convenor), Prof. Shushila Kumari Sooriya (Co-Director and Head of Commerce), and Prof. Suman (Conference Secretary). Prof. Meena delivered the vote of thanks, marking the successful conclusion of a truly global academic event.

The conference not only facilitated academic discourse but also served as a platform for young researchers to exchange innovative ideas and foster cross-cultural academic partnerships—an important step toward building a sustainable and developed India by 2047
