NIHFW to Organise Training on Time and Task Management for Community Health Officers Subheading; Register Now

The National Institute of Health and Family Welfare (NIHFW), New Delhi, will conduct a three-day training course on “Time & Task Management for Community Health Officers working at Ayushman Arogya Mandir for Effective Health Care Management” from March 23 to 25, 2026. The programme aims to enhance professional competencies and improve healthcare service delivery at the community level.

New Delhi - The National Institute of Health and Family Welfare (NIHFW) has announced a specialised training course on Time & Task Management for Community Health Officers (CHOs) working at Ayushman Arogya Mandir for Effective Health Care Management. The programme will be held from 23rd to 25th March 2026 at the institute’s campus in New Delhi.

Organised by the Department of Management Sciences, the course is designed to strengthen the professional competency of Community Health Officers by equipping them with practical tools and strategies for effective time and task management. The training will focus on improving productivity, leadership, communication, record-keeping, grievance redressal, and efficient healthcare delivery at the grassroots level.

According to the organisers, the programme will include lecture-cum-discussions, demonstrations, brainstorming sessions, role plays, and group exercises. The course content covers sustainable development goals, fundamentals of time and task management, team building, IT applications, and performance leadership in primary healthcare settings.

The course fee is ₹3,000 (non-refundable), payable online. Boarding and lodging facilities may be available at the institute’s hostel on a payment basis, subject to availability. The programme will accommodate 25–30 Community Health Officers working at Ayushman Arogya Mandirs. Interested candidates can register through the official Google Form link provided by the institute.
