Haryana: The book published by nova science publishers, USA entitled Nutraceuticals: Food Applications and Health Benefits edited by Dr. Anita Kumari, Department of Nutrition biology, Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendragarh and Dr. Gulab Singh, Maharaja Agrasen University, Baddi, Himachal Pradesh was released by Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar, Vice-Chancellor of the Central University of Haryana. 

While complimenting the editors, Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar remarked that, this quality work covering different aspects of nutraceuticals and functional foods will prove to be a valuable reference book for graduate as well as post-graduate students in the field of nutrition and other allied sciences. 

On this occasion, Prof. Sunil Kumar, Registrar; Prof. Sunita Srivastava, Prof. Dinesh Kumar, Dean Academics; Prof. Neelam Sangwan, Dean and Dean Research; Prof. Kanti Prakash Sharma, Head, Dept. of Nutrition Biology; and Prof. Ranjan Aneja were also present to congratulate the editors.
