Kochi, : The 53rd National Convention of Company Secretaries, organised by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), successfully concluded in Kochi, Kerala on 2 November 2025. The three-day convention was held under the theme “Progressive, Inclusive and Sustainable Bharat”, highlighting India’s vision of growth driven by good governance, innovation, and inclusivity.
The Governor of Kerala, Shri Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, while Shri N. K. Premachandran, Hon’ble Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha), attended as the Guest of Honour.
The convention featured a series of Technical and Special Sessions that brought together thought leaders, policymakers, and professionals from across the country to deliberate on emerging trends and challenges in corporate governance and sustainability.

Adding a cultural touch, the Institute celebrated Kerala Piravi Day on November 1, 2025, with a traditional Thiruvathira dance performance, symbolising Kerala’s vibrant identity and cultural heritage.
