The Program has gained 90^th Rank in the FT Global Rankings 2023

Lucknow, 18^th September 2023: Indian Institute of Management Lucknow‘s International Programme in Management for Executives (IPMX) is a one-year MBA programme conducted at the institute’s Noida campus. This full-time residential programme is designed to train mid and senior-level professionals for leadership roles, accompanied by a variety of co-curricular activities, including a mandatory international trip for exposure. The program has achieved the 90th Rank in the FT Global Rankings 2023.

Applicants with a minimum of 5 years of full-time post-qualification work experience (after graduation) are eligible to apply for this program. Executives with a bachelor's degree in any discipline or an equivalent academic pursuit, with a minimum of 50% marks or an equivalent CGPA, can also apply. Applicants will be required to submit a valid GMAT or GRE test score.

For working professionals residing in and around Delhi-NCR, this short yet intensive programme allows individuals to earn a degree without having to relocate too far. The course is open to established industry professionals seeking to enhance their understanding of business at functional and strategic levels to upskill themselves.

Ø  40 hours of non-credit workshops which cover industry-relevant contemporary topics

Ø  Organising various sessions of Leader Talk Series (LTS), where students can connect with leading stalwarts from the corporate industry and gain knowledge from them

Ø  Regular sessions of the Alumni Talk Series (ATS) to provide students with enriching alumni experiences and knowledge

Ø  A mandatory international immersion where students visit a reputed Business school in Europe, taking a mixed variety of courses on topics such as Intercultural Management, Strategic Innovation & AI for Business, and earning credits

On the career development front, the Career Development Services (CDS) Office of IIML - Noida Campus provides placement assistance to eligible IPMX students. A rolling placement process is conducted to offer an excellent opportunity for both students and recruiting companies to make informed career choices and recruitment decisions.

In the 2022 – 23 session, more than 90 companies participated in the placement process, and over 30, including Accenture, Genpact, Infosys, ICICI Bank, Tata Consultancy Services, among others, made offers to the students. While most offers come from the consulting sector, companies in healthcare, energy, IT, and Telecom, among others, also recruited students from this course.
