NALSAR University of Law Issues Instructions for BA LL.B(Hons) Admissions 2026 2031

NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, has released detailed instructions for candidates, allotted seats to the 5-Year BA LL.B (Hons) Programme. The instructions apply to students selected through the First, Second and Third rounds of CLAT 2026 counselling. Candidates must complete the document submission, fee payment and other formalities within the prescribed timeline.

Hyderabad - NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, has issued an official notification outlining important instructions for candidates who have been allotted seats for admission to the 5-Year BA LL.B (Hons.) Programme (2026–2031) through the CLAT 2026 counselling process. The instructions are applicable to candidates allotted seats in the first, second, and third rounds conducted by the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs).

As per the notice, candidates are required to login to their CLAT accounts and exercise their options -  Freeze, Float and Exit ---withn the stimulated time. Those opting for Freeze or Float must upload all mandatory documents on the CLAT portal, including academic certificates, category certificates (wherever applicable) residence or study certificates for Telangana candidates add the CLAT 2026 Admit Card. Undertakings forms must also be duly submitted to either through the CLAT portal or via mail.

The University has informed that any discrepancy found in uploaded documents must be rectified immediately upon notification,  falling which provisional admission may be cancelled. Candidates are also required to pay the balance university fee on or before 24 April 22026.The online fee payment link will be made available on the university website in the first week of April 2026. Non-payment of fees by the deadline will be treated as a withdrawal of interest in admission to NALSAR. 

The notification further clarifies that admissions may be rejected if eligibility or reservation-related discrepancies are found. Details regarding verification of original documents, orientation programme, and commencement of classes will be notified separately. For admission-related queries, candidates have been advised to contact the admissions office through the official email provided by the university.
