A program focused on the theme of G20 and Journey of Amritkal was organized at Central University of
Haryana (CUH), Mahendragarh on Tuesday. In this program organized by the joint efforts of CUH and
Institute for Public Policy Research and Sustainable Development (IPPRSD), the Vice Chancellor of the
University Prof Tankeshwar Kumar and Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof. Sushma Yadav along with Dr. Swami
Vagish Swaroop Brahmachari, SDM Mahendragarh Harshit Kumar, Assistant Professor of Sri
Venkateshwara College, University of Delhi Dr. Abhishek Malhotra and Head of Department of Physics
and Astrophysics Prof. Sunita Srivastava was present as an expert speaker. Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar said
that India has always been leading the whole world and this time also through G20, India is nurturing the
concept of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam.
Prof. Gaurav Singh, Nodal Officer, G20 University Connect welcomed the guests and presented the
outline of the programme. Sandeep Azad, Secretary, IPPRSD, while mentioning the objectives of the
organization, elaborated on the role of youth in Amritkal. He said that organizing the G20 Conference is
definitely an important event for India to reminisce about its culture and development journey and to
determine its future action plan. Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar said that India is looking at the G20 Conference
with the aim of giving rather than receiving from the world. This conference will definitely help in taking
the concept of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam to the masses. Along with this, such events at the University
level will ensure the role of universities in the journey of Amritkal. Highlighting the importance of Indian
knowledge, the Vice-Chancellor said that we are pioneers in this subject all over the world, it is just
necessary to present the available knowledge with evidence and all participants will have to contribute
together in this work. Prof. Sushma Yadav while presenting her views on the journey of Amritkal said
that we are all fortunate who have been able to see Amritkal after being safe from the Covid period and
are able to contribute in knowing, understanding and determining the planned changes going on across the
country. She said that the five vows presented by the Prime Minister are a step taken in this direction and
from Amritkal, it is a journey of economic governance, policy, education, human relations and relations
with the world to achieve excellence. She said that if we move towards the future by following the rule of
everyone's support, everyone's development, everyone's faith and everyone's effort, then we will
definitely be able to develop the ability to lead the world. Only the youth will take care of the country,
save it and take it forward.
Dr. Swami Vagish Swaroop Brahmachari, while expressing his views on Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam,
spoke in detail on the ancient culture and the esoteric knowledge available in it. He told how India has
taken superiority since the beginning. On this occasion, while highlighting the power of spirituality, he
said that without it human beings are like animals. In his address, he informed the participants about the
importance of Indian knowledge tradition through Swami Vivekananda, Bhaskaracharya and Tulsidas.
Prof. Sunita Srivastava said that it is definitely an achievement for India that it is leading the G20
conference. Referring to the Corona period, she also drew attention towards India's sustainable
development based system, family values, ancient knowledge. On this occasion, she also drew attention to
the importance of women empowerment, while emphasizing on the sustainability of the mind and the best
use of the digital world. SDM Harshit Kumar presented his point mentioning the G20 Conference and
Indian youth power. He told how India is ready to lead the world. Dr. Abhishek Malhotra highlighting the
role and importance of G20, informed about its economic aspects and their usefulness by mentioning
various events to be held during the event. He told how the preparations for this event are going on at
different levels and Dr. Abhishek drew attention towards the topics discussed under it. At the end of the
