New Delhi: As per Section 4(1) (c) of the UGC (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal of Sexual Harassment of Women Employees and Students in Higher Educational Institutions) Regulations, 2015, the following two committees have been constituted for the conduct of 2nd Tier election of the student members of Internal Complaints Committee (ICC). 

Election Committee: 

1. The Proctor, University of Delhi - Chief Election Officer 

2. Prof. Gunjan Gupta, Joint Proctor - Election Officer

3. Prof. Rupam Kapoor, Department of Botany - Chief Returning Officer 

4. Dr. Avdhesh Kumar, Deputy Proctor - Returning Officer 

Grievance Redressal Committee: 

1. The DSW, University of Delhi - Chairperson 

2. Prof G.S. Tuteja, joint Dean, DSW - Member 

3. Dr. Hena Singh, Deputy Dean, DSW - Member

The schedule for the Tier -2 elections of student members of ICC is: 

1. Date of publication of the Electoral Roll and date for filing Nominations: Tuesday, June 21, 2022 till 04:00 p.m. 

2. Last date for receipt of Nomination Papers: Tuesday, June 21, 2022 till 04:30 p.m. 

3. Scrutiny of Nomination Papers: Tuesday, June 21, 2022 till 05:30 p.m. 

4. Publication of list of duly Nominated Candidates: Monday, June 20, 2022 

5. Last date of Withdrawal of Nominations by the Candidates (if any): by Wednesday, June 22, 2022 till 04:00 p.m. 

6. Publication of final list of Candidates: Wednesday, June 22, 2022 till 05:00 p.m. 

7. Date of Election: Monday, June 27, 2022 

8. Timings of Voting: 10:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. 

9. Counting of Votes Notification of Result: After the election

Venue: Room no.2, Conference Centre, Opposite Botany Department, Gate No. 4, University of Delhi.
