New Delhi: Delhi University amid rising corona cases in Delhi have decided to conduct practical examination, viva in physical mode strictly adhering to covid protocols. 

On June 29, 2022 the examination branch of DU released a notification including the procedure that is needed to be followed for conducting practical examination, viva, internships, apprenticeship and field work. 

According to the procedure internal assessment will carry 25% weightage and end semester will have 75% weightage. The distribution of internal marks is 5% for attendance , 10 % is for assessment, projects, viva ,and practicals and 10% will be for class tests or quizzes. 

The notification further says all internships/ apprenticeship shall be conducted in the physical mode by strictly adhering to Covid-19 guidelines issued by DDMA, MHA,MOHFW and UGC. Evaluation of Dissertation UG programs is to be conducted in physical mode as per the existing rule in this regard.
