Haryana :- Dr.RupeshDeshmukh, an Associate Professor in the Department of Biotechnology at the Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendergarh, recently achieved a notable distinction. At the 38th Convocation of Dr.PanjabraoDeshmukhKrishiVidyapeeth, Akola, Dr.Deshmukh was bestowed with the prestigious Dr. PS Khankhoje Gold Medal. This distinguished honour is named after Dr. P.S. Khankhoje, a revered figure known for his significant contributions as both a freedom fighter and an agricultural scientist.

The award ceremony, marked by its significance in recognizing excellence in the realm of agriculture, saw Dr. Z.P. Patel, the Vice-chancellor of Navsari Agricultural University, Gujarat, presenting the accolade to Dr.Deshmukh.
