A unique summit of 20 Student Led NGOs summit held at T Hub on Sunday Teens too are socially aware: Abhishek Agrawal, producer of The Kahsmiri Files

he initiative named VIBHGEIA, the half-day FOUNDATION SUMMIT was organized by two leading student-led non-profitable foundations. It was rare to bring all these non-profit organizations together under one platform.

Hyderabad, .Foundation Summit, a unique summit of Student Led NGOs held at T-Hub. Twenty Youth Lead, non-profit organisations, founded by 16 to 21 years old participated.

The 20 student-led non-profits include A Teenager's Interests; Bizz.connect; Miles and smiles; The Khayal Foundation; Whelve;  Learning Space Foundation;  MNR Organisation; M Group Realtors; Dhruvansh; Meraki Bizz Connect; Naari, women wellness initiative; Touch A Life Foundation; JMB Learning; Bina Singh Foundation; Hygeia and  Vibhaag

The initiative named VIBHGEIA, the half-day FOUNDATION SUMMIT was organized by two leading student-led non-profitable foundations. It was rare to bring all these non-profit organizations together under one platform. It was an opportunity for all the other nonprofitable organizations to share their mission and impact the audience. 

The aim of this conference was to network, share, care, learn, collaborate, and make an impact on society unlike before said NGO Vibhaag Foundation’s, Founder, Ashmit Tainwala, and Bhuvit Hisariya founder of HYGEIA. 

The Kashmir Files producer Abhishek Agarwal, Shanta Thoutham from Telangana State Innovation Cell; Ritu Shah, Chairperson of FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO), Shubhra Maheshwari, Past Chairperson FLO, Mr Sumer Jain, MD of Four Wheel Travels and others graced. 

Addressing the youth at the Vibhegia Summit, Abhishek Agrawal, producer of The Kahsmiri Files said teens too are socially aware. This is the new India, the young India, they like to come out and serve. The emerging society is full of challenges to overcome, and youth is the answer for a promising tomorrow, he said. 

The youth are promising. We need more of these change-makers, they are the future of our world said Shanta Thoutham from Telangana State Innovation Cell.

Twenty NGOs participated and also put up stalls. They set up their stalls, propagated their causes, and missions, and spread the messages.   Three foundations were chosen from the networking session to speak. Awards were presented to the deserving few.

The more details about some of the teenagers led NGO are as follows

1. JMB Learning,  founder- Ashmit Tainwala

Cause: JMB Learning is an innovative ed-tech startup dedicated to transforming the way students learn and educators teach.

2. Miles and Smiles, - founder- Arash Anwar

Cause: Miles and Smiles is a non-profit organisation. It aims to promote the holistic development of the underprivileged in whichever way possible.

3. Learning Space Foundation, - founder- Kaumudi Nagaraju

Cause: Learning Space Foundation is an initiative dedicated to preventing Child Sexual Offences. It emphasises educating students on their rights and empowering them.

4. Vibhaag,  founder- Ashmit Tainwala

Cause: Vibhaag Foundation focuses on the cause of looking after the health and hygiene of dependent citizens and the youth!

5. Hygeia- founder- Bhuvit Hisariya

Cause: It deals with health. It’s motive is to help at least 1000 people at the end of this year

6. Bizz Connect- founder- Aman Jain

Cause: helping businesses grow, by providing access to tools, networks and expertise. We believe in collaboration innovation and growth

7. Teenagers Iinterest- founder- Kaushal Talluri:

Cause: We are a group of young teenagers who desire to create change and find solutions to the present inequalities and concerns that plague society today. Our latest project punaravritti focuses on reconnecting teenagers with Mother Earth shared its founder Kaushal Talluri

8. WhelveFounder Nitin:

Cause: We are a group aimed to raise funds to support child and women's healthcare. Our latest project was a football and basketball event. Through this event, we aim to convey our message to the public.

9. Khayal- cofounder- Khushal –

Cause:  It is an organisation which was started with the thought to care. We raise funds and utilise them for different causes like Food distribution, Book distribution, Helping specially baked, etc. We work on the causes that our members wish to work on said Khushal.

10. Touch a Life- founder- Rina Hindocha & Vibhuti Jain

Cause: Touch a Life works for girl education and empowerment, they also hold education camps and hygiene kit distribution drives across the different slum areas of Hyderabad. Their mission is to educate 108 girls by the end of 2023. Also, they also want every girl to be financially independent and secure.

One of the organisers of this unique summit was  Vibhaag Foundation is a student-run foundation led by Ashmit Tainwala. It raised funds in the past for a Charitable Clinic for Women and Children in a Slum area run by the Lions Club of Hyderabad Petals.  Even the Medicines required to run the clinic for one year were arranged by a student-run NGO. 

Bhuvit Hisariya, 17 years is a  founder of HYGEIA and is a 12th class at Chirec. He is the organiser of the Summit.  We work for better health for all. It is a one-year-old voluntary organization. Organized many health camps and impacted 1000 people. Moved by people suffering, I decided to be of some service to the society says Bhuvit.
