Bengaluru, 1 Sept 2023 - Creativity flourished as CMR University's Manmitra club successfully hosted an exciting Art Contest on Aug 31, 2023, at the City Campus in Kalyan Nagar. With an impressive turnout, 90+ students poured their artistic passion into the event, and the top 20 finalists showcased their skills across mediums like sketches, paintings, doodles, and visual arts/designs. Mr. Mohd Shareef, a renowned cinematographer, photographer, writer, and sketch artist, judged the event.

The event culminated in an Art Gallery at the Campus quadrangle, celebrating artistic expression. Winners were announced with certificates of merit during the exhibition. Manasa Gowda (B.Tech CSE) won the first prize, followed by Zothansanga (MBA) in second place, and Harshavardhini V (B.Com IAF) in third.

Prof. (Dr.) Ravi Sankar congratulated participants and winners and awarded certificates in the presence of the attendees.This event showcased the University's dedication to nurturing artistic talent and uniting students across CMR University campuses in celebrating imagination and innovation.
