New Delhi, April 21, 2025 – Delhi University has invited applications for the 2025 Summer Internship under the Vice Chancellor Internship Scheme (VCIS). Interested and eligible students can apply online at du.ac.in or dsw.du.ac.in by April 30, 2025.
Who Can Apply?
- The internship is open to all regular undergraduate and postgraduate students of DU from any stream or program. However, final-year/semester students and those who have previously participated in VCIS (summer or part-time) are not eligible.
Internship Details
- Duration: June–July 2025 (2 months)
- Workload: 20 hours per week
- Stipend: ₹11,025 per month
- Certification: Issued upon successful completion, signed by the Dean of Students’ Welfare

- Visit du.ac.in and navigate to the ‘Latest@DU’ section.
- Click on ‘Vice Chancellor’s Internship Scheme (VCIS) Summer Internship 2025’.
- You’ll be redirected to the application portal – open the form.
- Fill in personal, academic, and internship-related details.
- Upload required documents, including a Letter of Recommendation from your Principal or HoD (dated on or after April 15, 2025).
- Submit the form and download the confirmation page for future reference and interviews.
