Mahendergarh : Keeping in focus the importance of ethical values in the field of research, a seven-day virtual workshop, organized with the joint efforts of Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendragarh and Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University, Nashik, that had started from October 13, 2021, ended up on Thursday, October 21, 2021. The concluding session of the workshop was addressed by the Vice Chancellor of Central University of Haryana, Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar as the Chief Guest. On this occasion, the Presidential address was given by the Vice Chancellor of Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University, Prof. E. Vayunandan.
 

On this occasion, CUH Vice Chancellor Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar said that such events are very useful for maintaining ethical conduct and values during the present era of information technology. He said that the researchers working in the field of research should know from the very beginning what is the proper and improper methodology and such events prove to be very helpful in this direction. Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar said that ethics is important for quality, socially useful research.

On this occasion, the Vice Chancellor of Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University Prof. E. Vayunandan in his address said that this event organized in association with Central University of Haryana was a huge success. Of course, the participants involved in this event will get the benefit of the knowledge acquired here in future. While expressing his gratitude to Vice Chancellor Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar, he said that in future also we will continue to work together at the level of education, research and resources.
 

The Registrar of Central University of Haryana and Dean of School of Education, Prof. Sarika Sharma presented the welcome address. After this, Director of School of Education of Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University, Prof. Kavita Salunke presented the report of this seven-day workshop. In the last phase of the program, participants presented their views and said that this workshop will prove to be very important and useful in increasing the quality of research work of the researchers. At the end of the concluding session of the workshop, Head Librarian of Central University of Haryana Dr. Santosh H. presented vote of thanks.
