JIPMAT 2021 Application date extended to May 31, 2021

NEW DELHI: National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the registeration date for the Joint Integrated Programme in Management Admission Test (JIPMAT) 2021 to 31 May,2021 which earlier was upto May 1,2021.The decision has been taken  due to the second wave of Covid-19 pandemic.Joint Integrated Programme in Management Admission Test (JIPMAT) 2021 is conducted for admission to five-year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) offered by IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu.

  "In view of many requests received from students and the hardships faced by them due to COVID19 epidemic. , the National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the last dates of submission of Online Application Forms for Joint Integrated Programme in Management Admission Test (JIPMAT) 2021" a notice by NTA read.It is also speculated that the exam scheduled which is scheduled to be conducted on June 20,2021 may also get postponed.

Commencement of submission of online Application Form - 1 April, 2021

Last Date of  submission of online Application Form - 31 May, 2021

Correction in the Particulars of Application Form online only - 05 June, 2021 to 10 June, 2021

Date of Examination for JIPMAT-2021 - 20 June, 2021

 JIPMAT 2021: Qualification Criteria

1.Candidates should have passed 10+2/XII/HSC examination in arts/commerce/science stream or equivalent with 60% (55% for candidates from SC/ST/PwD) or more in the year 2019, 2020 or appearing in 2021. The candidate must have passed class 10th examination with 60% (55% for candidates from SC/ST/PwD) or more in the year not before 2017. 

2.The percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in 10th and 12th standard would be calculated based on the Board‟s regulation. If there is no such regulation regarding aggregate marks from the concerned board, then the aggregate marks of all the subjects that appear in the grade sheet should be considered for calculating the passing percentage.

 JIPMAT 2021: Admission Fees

General (UR)/ OBC-(NCL)/ EWS as per Central List - Male (Rs.2000), Female (Rs.2000), Transgender (Rs.1000)

SC/ST/PwD -  Male (Rs.1000), Female (Rs.1000), Transgender (Rs.1000)

It is a Computer based test, duration for which will be for 150 minutes ( 2:30 hours). Medium for the examination will be English only. There will be negative marking of 1 mark for each wrong answer and 4 marks would be awarded for each correct answer.The candidates and their parents are advised to keep visiting the official websites http://www.nta.ac.in/ and jipmat.nta.ac.in for latest updates.
