Brainware University: To Begin With Its Doubt Clearing Session Offline.


Kolkata. The Brainware University is going to begin with its offline doubt clearing session only for media and journalism students from 7th April, 2021 onwards.

Brainware University is a private university located in Barasat, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. It was established after the West Bengal Assembly passed the Brainware University bill in 2015. It is a part of the Brainware group of institutions. Like most of the universities in India, Brainware University is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC).

Due to this pandemic situation, schools and colleges/Universities remained closed since  March, 2020 and classes were held online. But these online classes have many drawbacks. Brainware University started its online classes from August, 2020 onwards. But students specially from the Media science and journalism department were facing problems with their practical classes.

The government of West Bengal, still had not provided permission for the reopening of any colleges and universities. But as the students of Media science and Journalism were facing problems regarding their practicals. Therefore, the University decided to start a doubt clearing session from 7th April, 2021 onwards.

Few rules and regulations are to be followed by the students:

1. Social distancing should be maintained.

2. Every student must wear a mask and must carry a bottle of sanitizer along with them.

3. Only a group of 8 to 10 students are allowed at a time.
