Haryana: Internal Quality Assurance Cell, Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendergarh organized One Day Workshop on NAAC Awareness Programme (NAP) for Assessment and Accreditation.  Dr. Devender S. Kawday, Senior Advisor, National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), Bangalore acts as chief guest/ resource person in the workshop.

Prof. Sarika Sharma, Director IQAC explained about the importance of NAAC in order to establish the quality culture in university system. Prof. (Dr.) Tankeshwar Kumar, Vice Chancellor, shared his experiences with the audience and said that quality is not one-time activity, it is continuous and collective effort. He stressed upon the importance of collective effects to improve the quality of the university to convert it into “A World Class University”.

Dr. Devender S. Kawday, discussed the assessment and accreditation process in Higher Educational Institutions by NAAC and discussed how matrix wise microlevel analysis and preparation helps in achieving good score in NAAC assessment and leads to better ranking by Higher Educational Institutes.

Co-Ordinator, co-coordinators and their team members, NAAC accreditation committee members, Deans, HoDs, TICs, faculty and staff members were present in the workshop.
