Haryana: A Four days’ workshop is organized on the “Life Skills Training Program” organized by Rubicon and Central University of Haryana from September 5 to 8, 2022 by the Training & Placement Cell in Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendergarh. This Workshop was inaugurated by Prof.(Dr) Tankeswar Kumar Vice-Chancellor of the University and Chief Patron of the workshop. 

Rubicon’s “Life skills” Program, supported by Barclays aims at improving the employability skills of the youth. This initiative is supported by Barclays. Under this program, students were trained by Mr. Arunynee, Ms. Sonali, and Ravinder Singh, who were trainers from Rubicon. The training was to enhance their Life skills which would help students to increase their chance of succeeding in a job interview. 205 Students from B.tech attended the First phase of the training programme.  

During the training programme Rubicon trainers provided the two students a certificate for appreciation for the smooth programming of the workshop. Mayank from the Department of Civil Engineering and Srishti from the Department of Electrical Engineering were appreciated by the trainers for the excellent performance in providing administrative support.  Dr Divya, Deputy Director, Training & Placement Cell has welcome all the experts and participants during the workshop, Prof. Vikas Garg, Directror Training & Placement Cell addressed about the importance of Life Skills and employability skills and concluding remarks were given by Dr. Kapil Kumar and  Dr. Tarun Kumar, Deputy Director, Training & Placement Cell .
