Lucknow - The Lucknow University Athletic Association has issued a notification regarding the selection trials for the Woodball (Men/Women) teams that will represent the university in the North Zone/All India Inter-University Games 2025–26.

According to the notice, the selection trials will be conducted on 9 February 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Paranjpe Pavilion Ground, University of Lucknow. Eligible male and female players from affiliated and associated colleges are invited to participate in the trials. 

All interested participants are required to complete their registration at the Lucknow University Athletic Association office located at the Pavilion Ground by 7 February 2026, up to 5:00 PM. No application will be accepted after the last date.

Participants must bring passport-size photographs, original free receipt of the first installment, high school certificate, intermediate marksheets and graduation marksheet at the time of registration. The registration form must be duly filled, verified by the Principal of the concerned college and submitted to the association office atleast one hour before the final submission deadline. 

The notice has been issued under the authority of Dr. Ramesh Chandra, President, Woodball Club, Lucknow University Athletic Association. University officials have requested all colleges and departments to circulate the information widely among students.

The trial ajms to select talented players to strengthen Lucknow University’s representation  in national-level inter-university sports competition.
