Kundli - National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM-K) , an Institute of National Importance under the Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI), Government of India is set to organise an International Conference titled 'AVNESH 2026'- Advanced Next Generation Vision for Emerging and Sustainable Healthy Foods from February 26-28, 2026.
The conference aims to bring together academicians, scientists, researchers, policymakers, industry, leaders, entrepreneurs, farmers, startups, investors and international organisation on a common platform to discuss innovations, technologies and policies shaping the future of sustainable and technology driven food systems.
AVNESH 2026 will focus on key areas, including digital technologies in food processing, alternate proteins, food safety and traceability, sustainable processing, circular economy, neutraceuticals, personalised nutrition, post-harvest management, food business analytics and regulatory framework. The event will feature keynote lectures, plenary talks, panel discussions, technical sessions, poster and oral presentation and exhibitions.
The conference also aims to promote industry-academia collaboration, technology transfer, entrepreneurship, and evidence-based policymaking to strengthen resilient and sustainable global food ecosystems.
