New Delhi. : The Ministry of Culture, Government of India, has announced the prestigious Tagore National Fellowship for Cultural Research (TNFCR) 2024-25. This initiative aims to promote and support research in Indian art and culture by offering fellowships to eligible candidates.
Eligibility Criteria:
The fellowship is open to Indian citizens and foreign nationals with a minimum of five years of experience in guiding or conducting research, or equivalent experience in the field of art. Candidates must have published original research papers in reputed, refereed journals or books.
Fellowship Benefits:
Selected fellows will receive an honorarium of up to ₹80,000 per month for a duration of two years, along with other benefits.
Application Process:
Interested candidates can apply offline by sending their applications to the Nodal Institutions under the Ministry of Culture.
Deadline:
The last date to submit applications is February 15, 2025.
