Over 100 Training and Placement Officers (TPOs) from AKTU affiliated colleges took part. The event provided a platform for exchanging ideas, creating new collaborations, and reinforcing the commitment to enhancing the quality of technical education.

Interactive Q&A sessions allowed attendees to engage directly with industry leaders and academic experts, fostering a deeper understanding of the evolving job market demands. This collaborative effort is expected to drive meaningful change and innovation in technical education, benefiting students, educators, and employers alike.

Keynote addresses were delivered by HR leaders from Salesforce, Hexaware, Bristlecone, and Jindal Steel & Power. AKTU Vice-Chancellor Prof. J.P. Mr. Anuj Gangola from NASSCOM emphasized the importance of self-learning and the need for students to dedicate significant time to upskilling through practical experiences such as internships. He advocated for the development of joint courses in collaboration with industry leaders to address the evident gap between academic teachings and industry expectations.
