Mahendragarh : A one day National Seminar on Self-reliant India Campaign was organized at Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendragarh on Tuesday. In this seminar organized with the collective efforts of Swadeshi JagranManch, CUH Unit, Centre for Innovation and Incubation, Entrepreneur Cell and Department of Tourism and Hotel Management, Shri Deepak Sharma, AkhilBhartiyaPracharPramukh, Swadeshi JagranManch was present as the keynote speaker while Pradeep Sharma of Punjab National Bank and MSME expert Dr. K.K. Goyal and young entrepreneur Dushyant were present as expert speakers. Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar, Vice-Chancellor said that entrepreneurship has an important role in making the country self-reliant. For this, the youth of the country will have to make organized efforts and the development of entrepreneurship is necessary for the success of Swavalambi Bharat Abhiyan.

The Vice Chancellorsaid that it is necessary to solve the problem of unemployment prevailing in the country and that the young generation should not be job seekers but job providers. Expressing gratitude to all the experts present on the occasion, the Vice Chancellor said that through them surely the participating students present in the auditorium would get the strength to move forward afresh on the front of entrepreneurship development. Earlier, Prof. Sunita Srivastava, Convener, Centre for Innovation and Incubation presented the introduction of the program. She said that the University is making continuous efforts towards fulfilling the resolve of Swavalambi Bharat Abhiyan. Prof. Sunita Srivastava mentioned the ongoing efforts in this direction through the Center for Innovation and Incubation.

Deepak Sharma focused on dairy industry, agriculture and millets production for entrepreneurship development and told how possibilities are being developed in this field at the global level. He also elaborated on India's position on this front and the possibilities of entrepreneurship development available in it. Dr. Ranbir Singh and Dr. SunitaTanwar, Co-Conveners and Mr. Nishan Singh, Dr. Suraj Arya and Dr. Manju, Co-ordinators played an important role in the successful organization of this program organized in the University. MSME expert Dr. K.K. Goyal made the students aware of the start-ups at the grassroots level while making them aware of various technical aspects. In this sequence, Shri Pradeep Sharma of PNB apprised the students about the banking schemes and young entrepreneur Dushyant about his development journey. Dr. Manju conducted the stage in the program while the vote of thanks was presented by Nishan Singh.
