Haryana: National Health Mission Haryana has issued the latest notification for NHM Haryana CHO 2022 of Community Health Officer Vacancy at 787 posts.
NHM Haryana has invited an application for the 787 posts of Mid -Level Health Providers-cum Community Health Officers (MLHPs-cum-CHO) on contract basis for providing Comprehensive Primary Health Care Services at “Sub Center Level Health& Wellness Centre”(SC-HWC) being upgraded under Ayushman Bharat.
The examination for the post of Community Health Officer will be OMR based exam in an offline mode at Chandigarh/Panchkula on 24th April, 2022 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30p.m.
The candidates willing to apply for the posts must cover certain criteria of the exam.
Educational Qualification:
- BAMS or B.Sc Nursing/Post-Basic B.sc Nursing Degree holders, who have completed their Six Months Mid-Level Health Provider’s Bridge Course Programme on Certificate in Community Health for Nurses (BPCCHN) from IGNOU or any other University/Institution assigned by the State.
- B.Sc Nursing/Post-Basic B.Sc Nursing Graduates, who have completed their Degree with Mid-Level Health Providers(MLPHs) Course integrated in B.Sc Nursing/Post-Basic Nursing curriculum, in compliance with the Circular/Notification(2019)issued by Indian National Nursing Council(New Delhi)
- BAMS or B.Sc Nursing/Post-Basic B.Sc Nursing Degree Holders.
- Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matriculation Level.
Age limit:
- Candidate’s age limit should be minimum 18 years and maximum 42 years.
- Age relaxation shall be considered for the reserved category candidates as per Rules of the Haryana Government.

- The fees once paid will not be refundable.
- In case the candidate fails to deposit required fee, his /her application shall automatically cancelled/rejected.
- If any candidate apply more than one time ,he/she is required to deposit the fee separately for each application and his/her candidature will considered only for the District and Category for which he/she appeared in the OMR Based Exam.
