New Delhi: Mother Divine Public School in Sector 3, Rohini, Delhi, hosted its annual Investiture Ceremony with fervor and grace. Distinguished guests including Dy. Director of Education, Rakesh Rahi, as Chief Guest, and Dr. Achal Pandya, HoD Conservation at the Indira Gandhi National Centre for Arts, Ministry of Culture, Government of India, as Guest of Honor, graced the occasion. The ceremony commenced with the ceremonial lamp lighting by the esteemed guests, followed by a captivating Shiv Vandana dance performance choreographed by Neha.
Chairman of the School, Manan Budhiraja, and Director Academics, AK Bakshi, extended a warm welcome to all attendees. Ms. Sahibjeet Kaur, Incharge of the middle wing, introduced the academic student council for investiture. Mr. Rahi and Dr. Pandya adorned the newly appointed leaders, Lakshya as Head Boy and Gouri as Head Girl, with their badges, amid applause from the audience. The program was skillfully anchored by students Anshul and Stuti, adding youthful enthusiasm and charm to the proceedings. A delightful musical performance directed by Mayank added to the festive atmosphere.
In his address, Chief Guest Mr. Rakesh Rahi inspired the students with his motivational words, while Dr. Achal Pandya emphasized the role of cultural education in shaping well-rounded individuals. Ms. Anita, Incharge of the senior wing and Ms.Aastha Bhola, Incharge Junior wing, concluded the ceremony with a heartfelt vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to all participants for their contributions.
The event culminated with a rendition of the national anthem, symbolizing unity and pride among all attendees.
