Mahendergarh : The Department of Commerce at Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendergarh organized a Capacity Building Programme that featured an enlightening lecture by Prof. (Dr.) Sushma Yadav, Pro-Vice Chancellor of the University and Patron of this Capacity Building Programme. Prof. S.K. Sinha from CRS University and Prof. Vikas Kumar, Finance Officer of the University took place.

Prof. Sushma Yadav delved into the rich heritage of India's traditional knowledge systems and their relevance to contemporary education. She emphasized the need to integrate this ancient wisdom with modern educational practices to create a holistic and inclusive learning environment. She taught about Panch Pran and the idea of national integrity. She asked participants about the source of IKS and, the right stage to introduce IKS to future generations. Prof. Sushma discusses the approaches of IKS to make relevant decisions. 

Prof. S.K. Sinha delivered his lecture on ‘Research Methodology’ offered valuable insights into the systematic processes and techniques essential for conducting rigorous academic research. His expertise helped participants enhance their research skills, emphasizing the importance of methodological rigor in producing high-quality scholarly work.

Prof. Vikas Kuma focused on ‘Journal Publication’, where he provided comprehensive guidelines on publishing in reputable journals. He addressed key aspects such as general instructions for authors, the peer-review process, and ethical considerations in research publication. Prof. Kumar also engaged the participants in an interactive Q&A session, discussing their research contributions and providing personalized advice on improving their publication strategies.

Dr. Rajendra Prasad Meena, HoD, Department of Commerce served as the Director of the program, while Dr. Divya took on the role of Co-Director. Their leadership and coordination were key to the successful organization of this event, which aimed at enhancing the participants' understanding of the Indian knowledge system and its application in today's educational framework.
