New Delhi : The Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE) at Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) has announced admissions for the Bachelor of Education (BEd) programme in Open and Distance Learning (ODL) mode. Admission will be based on an entrance test, scheduled for November 3, 2024, which will be conducted at examination centres within the JMI campus.
Interested candidates can apply online by visiting http://www.jmicoe.in, with the application form available from October 10. The last date for submission is October 22, 2024. Hall tickets for the entrance test can be downloaded from the portal one week before the exam.
After the entrance test results are declared, the verification of documents and fee payment will commence. The exact schedule for these processes will be announced along with the results. Candidates are advised to carefully review the eligibility criteria before submitting their applications, as no late submissions will be accepted.
In addition to the BEd programme, CDOE recently completed admissions for various undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma programmes such as MBA, MA in different subjects, BA, BBA, BCom, and certificate courses.
Meanwhile, Jamia Millia Islamia has also opened online applications for PhD programmes for the academic session 2024-25, with the process starting today.
